Welcome to my Website!
I am a ceramic artist residing in Naples, Florida. I create functional and artistic objects in clay, including mugs, plates, bowls, platters, vases, figurines, and ornaments. Each piece is individually designed and then handcrafted, usually on a pottery wheel. Kiln firings and glazing, and any stenciling or painting (also done by hand), complete the process. The primary inspirations for my art are my love of nature and my deep respect for the traditions of pottery-making. I focus on refined shapes and favor the blue, green, and yellow hues found on the Florida coast.
My ceramics have been displayed at art galleries; currently, several of my pieces are on display at the gallery at the Arts Bonita Center for Visual Arts.
