Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

To start a return, contact us at alicebonilha48@gmail.com.  Items sent to us before requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, and the return is based on your receipt of defective or damaged merchandise, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package, and we'll pay for return shipping.  Shipping costs for a return for any other reason will be at the buyer's expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon its receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item.  We can then evaluate and make efforts to resolve the issue.
